Under his leadership, the Total Cleaning Solutions has become known for its unwavering commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Joe Cardenas serves as the Operations Manager at Total Cleaning Solutions.

His dedication to customer service shapes every aspect of our operations.

His leadership inspires team members to take pride and ownership in their work, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Irlenys “Leny” Ayala serves as our HR and Safety Manager.

Leny is in charge of recruiting the best and friendliest people to join our team. She ensures our entire staff is working safely by providing regularly training and ensuring we have the systems in place to keep everyone safe.

Zahir Montiel serves as our Janitorial Supervisor.

She works with our janitorial cleaning techs on a daily basis to ensure they have the resources to succeed in their work. She also work with clients to ensure their daily needs are met.

Maria Ramirez serves as our Office Assistant. She ensures our office operations are running smoothly on a daily basis. Maria enjoys outdoor activities and traveling.
